Leveraging Thought Leadership to Build Campaigns

CREATING ENGAGING CONTENT TO AMPLIFY BRAND AWARENESS

Client: Rx-360 | An International Pharmaceutical Supply Chain Consortium.
Project Timeline: October 2021 - Present

Services Provided: Brand Awareness, Website, Podcast, Annual Meeting Production

The Challenge

Rx-360 is a nonprofit consortium of life-science and medical device thought leaders. Their mission is to protect patient safety by sharing information and developing processes related to the integrity of the healthcare supply chain and the quality of its materials.

With a strong network of pharmaceutical executives in their circle and a clear mission, Rx-360 knew they were in a unique position to engage their audience. They just needed a brand as brilliant as their thought leadership.

The Process

Rx-360 approached The Moving Company looking to elevate the community and brand identity of their consortium. Our team proposed action-based deliverables to help Rx-360 reach their goals of increasing brand awareness by leveraging the thought leadership content that already existed in the organization. There are five types of thought leadership content at Rx-360: publications, the website, the audit program, the annual member’s meeting, and The Patient Safety Podcast. MCO worked with the CEO of Rx-360 to properly elevate these elements.

First, we creatively reimagined Rx-360’s educational whitepapers with the goal to increase readership. We enhanced the formatting, added visual appeal, and launched a LinkedIn advertising campaign that helped us achieve that goal. Jim Fries, CEO, shared with us, “An author of one of the whitepapers you redesigned went out of his way to share, ‘Jim, I didn't realize how much better our thought-leadership could be. Awesome job getting The Moving Company involved...’ ”.

MCO took on the task of rebuilding and launching the new Rx-360 website, ensuring its design facilitates the distribution of thought leadership content while stimulating interest in membership. Enhancements to the website navigation and search functionality have simplified the process of finding and reading publications, questionnaires, and licensable audit reports.

In addition to these efforts, MCO also revamped the entire audit program and successfully marketed it on the new website. Now, members and non-members can find licensable audit reports in a central location.

MCO also helped Rx-360 produce their annual member’s meeting. Using our in-house video production studios, MNYK Studios, Rx-360’s CEO was able to share updates to the global organization across three time zones. The high-quality production helped further position Rx-360 as thought leaders.

The final pillar of Rx-360’s thought leadership is The Patient Safety Podcast that MCO helped produce, record, and market. The Patient Safety Podcast brings together leaders in the pharmaceutical ecosystem for conversations about the positive changes benign made for patient safety.  MCO recorded and distributed each episode on all streaming platforms and developed a marketing campaign for each episode to increase awareness.

“Adam, while we’re only a few months in, can’t tell you how pleased I am to be hearing from members of our Board as well as our membership about our organization’s maturation and growth. So much of their enthusiasm is directly attributable to our working together.

As I mentioned when we started, anytime someone interacts or engages with the Rx-360 brand, it’s got to result in a cohesive experience - each one needs to be a ‘wow moment’. Your team is making sure that happens!”

JIM FRIES, CEO - RX-360
