FROM WHITEBOARD CONCEPTS TO A TANGIBLE BRAND + WEBSITE IN LESS THAN 4 WEEKS

The Challenge

28 Days. The biggest industry trade show was 28 days away. Sean O’Hearen, Founding Consultant at 1stLine Partners, came to the trusted group at The Moving Company. 

Sean is an accomplished consultant in the Brand Protection space. He is passionate about his commitment to protecting us (the patients) from counterfeiting, risk management and supply chain security. And now, The National Anti-Counterfeiting Conference was happening in Nashville, and it was 28 days away… 

Sean needed his brand and positioning established with a web presence launched. After writing his new company name on the whiteboard in our conference room, the team was off and running. We set off to execute, in close collaboration with Sean, a logo exploration process, foundational branded materials creation and establish a website for company that supported the early stages. 

The Process

We started with 1LP’s brand messaging, laying out the new mission and vision for the company, defining our positioning statement, value proposition, buyer personas, and clearly documenting all of our service offerings. 

In parallel, our design team created two distinct design directions for Sean to react to and decide which direction we would head with our brand’s look and feel. From there, we presented four versions of a potential logo, ensuring to showcase how this would look in multiple formats across our brand materials. Once we had the logo locked in, we created brand guidelines that Sean could reference outlining parameters around colors, fonts and general usage. These guidelines lent to the creation of various sales materials like a PowerPoint template, stationery, business cards, as well as social media assets, email signatures and company swag. 

Next up was the website, which was a great collaboration between our team and 1LP. We wrote copy for the important pages we needed to get us started, and successfully implemented and launched a sharp, comprehensive site in record time.

Problem Solved

In less than 30 days, the MCO team was able to document key brand messaging and positioning statements to increase clarity, credibility and conversion at every stage of the buyer’s journey, while simultaneously creating an exciting new brand that is highly trustworthy and memorable, and evokes emotion in those who interact with it. 

We built an entirely new website presence that allowed us to communicate a clear message with impressive, clean design that inspires trust, and developed a fully refreshed sales kit that included mission-critical materials to launch the new business.

All in all, Sean made it to his trade show in time, with an impressive new brand to represent!
